POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE


These policy, terms and conditions shall act as the basis of all transactions between Petrella Studios Stationery and its clients or prospective clients.


The manufacturer and/or service provider is Petrella Studios, ABN 45 455 025 799 and where the words “we”, “us”, or “our” are used in this policy, terms and conditions of trade, will from herein be referred to as Petrella Studios.


Petrella Studios is a division of Canistro Pty Ltd.


Where the words “you”, “your”, “client”, or “customer” are used in this policy, terms and conditions of trade, will from herein be referred to as the consumer.   

Privacy: Petrella Studios are committed to ensuring that all your personal details and information, including your guest names and addresses are kept private and confidential. Under no circumstances will we provide your personal details to any third party except when required by law.

Copyright: All designs remain the copyright of Petrella Studios, and must not be reproduced without prior written consent and permission. All rights reserved. The reproduction of our designs in any form whatsoever is an infringement of the copyright law and is forbidden. Legal action will be taken against anyone found to be reproducing our designs without our consent. No part of our website may be reproduced in whole or part or stored without prior written consent and permission. Any infringement of these will be vigorously pursued.


Prices & Payment: All prices are subject to change without notification however, all orders placed will guarantee the quoted price. All quotes are valid for 21 days (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change thereafter. All prices include 10% GST and are in Australian dollars. We accept all major credit card payments via phone or fax, cash, cheque or direct deposit.

A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any jobs. Balance is due prior to despatch or on pick up of goods.

Direct deposit details will only be released to customers requesting this payment option.

Stock, Materials Colours & Finish: All orders are subject to stock availability. Due to some items being handmade a variation may occur between stock, finishes and colours. Onscreen colours may appear slightly different, depending on your monitor settings.
All designs are subject to the availability of stock, and Petrella Studios aim only to accept orders due to this. Most of our designs are seasonal, of which is limited to avoid mass production. Upon ordering, all designs in our range are based on first-in best-dressed, even after receiving samples, there is no guarantee of stock. During the production process, you will be notified if delays arise so that changes to your order can be arranged if necessary. Furthermore, if any materials become out of stock or discontinued, Petrella Studios will suggest alternate options in order to complete the order. This may involve modifying the existing design, or reconstructing the design using a substitute product, at no extra cost to the customer and within reason. If a design substitute is agreed upon, a sample of the replacement product will be provided at no extra charge. If it is found to be unacceptable to the customer and an alternate decision cannot be made, you are free to cancel your order at this time. However, a cancellation now will incur a 20% administration fee. All cancellations are at the discretion of Petrella Studios.


Early bird bookings require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit to secure the availability of materials and stock required for your nominated design. Once deposit is paid, all stock will be allocated and stored for your order.


Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancelling an order after 24 hours will forfeit the 50% deposit. No refunds will be given on any printed and handmade stationary.


Sample Approvals and Sign Off: Samples will be supplied as either a hard copy or as a PDF electronic file for your review and approval. All formats, text, wording and layouts need to be checked thoroughly. All samples must be signed-off before any production can commence. Petrella Studios will not take any responsibility for mistakes overlooked during this proofing stage.


Mistakes in orders received:
Petrella Studios endeavours to ensure all orders are correct. However, for mistakes overlooked by the client during proofing stages, Petrella Studios will endeavour to rectify the mistakes at the expense of the client.
We recommend checking your order and reporting any mistakes within 2 days of receiving your order. Any mistakes caused by Petrella Studios after the proofing stage will be rectified at our expense. Once the 2 day period is over, Petrella Studios will not take responsibility for any mistakes and will consider the order completed.


Samples: Samples are available at the cost of $25.00 per invitation. This charge will be credited towards receiving your order.


Delivery: Lead times will be indicated on your quote and will commence from the receipt of your sample approval, guest list and deposit. Price does not include delivery. Delivery or pick up of goods need to be arranged with Petrella Studios.
